Trained at Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts, and having worked as a Catering chef for Brown University and a Culinary Director for ARAMARK  Rose infuses every dish she creates with her extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Once word of her tasty signature dishes got out, offers from many well-known restaurants landed on Chef Forrest's plate, but Rose knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited her at Daniel Gourmet.
